Direction for use
- Take 2 capsules daily for those who are generally concerned about gastrointestinal health, with warm water after meals in the morning.
- Take 5 capsules daily for those who are generally concerned about emotions; take 6 capsules daily for those who generally care about dental health. They can be taken at one time or divided into two times. It is recommended to take it after meals
- Children aged 3 years or above can start taking 1 capsule daily to a maximum of 2 capsules. If there is no special discomfort in the stomach or skin, it is recommended for children aged 13 or above to consume
- If you need to disassemble the capsule and take the powder, you need about 50ml or more water. For children, it is recommended to mix it with milk or fruit juice. Both cold and warm water are acceptable
