Cleanse
Thoroughly cleanse the face, ensuring no sunscreen or makeup residue remains. A clean face is essential for effective conductivity.

Align the head with the indicator marking and rotate clockwise to lock. Always switch off the device before changing heads.

Apply the appropriate product for the selected mode. Water-based serums are recommended; avoid thick creams.

Power on and select mode
Press power to turn on — default starts at Level 1. Short-press to adjust intensity (1 low → 2 medium → 3 high → vibration off). Press the mode button to select your care mode. First-time users should start at Level 1.

Treat skin
The device activates on skin contact. Keep the head approximately 0.5cm from the skin surface. Do not use on any single area for more than 15 minutes. Close eyes or angle the LED away from direct eye exposure around the eye area.

Clean and finish
Wipe heads clean with a dry cloth or cotton pad after each session. Finish with a moisturizer to seal hydration.
Head-Specific Tips
Needle Shot Head — Use on a completely dry face after cleansing. 1–2 times per week, max 5 minutes. A beep sounds every minute; the device auto-standby at 3 minutes.
Booster Head — Use with serum or essence. Grip the outer electrode firmly. Massage from forehead outward in gentle circular motions. Approx. 20 minutes per session.
Line Care Head — Use with a massage cream. Glide along the jawline, neck, and shoulder in lifting motions. Adjust vibration intensity to your comfort level.

Every person’s skin has different sensitivity thresholds. Thinner-skinned areas like around the eyes, nose, and mouth are naturally more sensitive. Always start at Level 1 on your first use, and reduce time or intensity on sensitive areas until you find a comfortable level.
There is a slight burning smell during use — is this normal?
This is completely normal. The Needle Shot Head uses electrical discharge technology — the burning scent comes from vaporizing fine facial hair and is harmless to skin. The odor is temporary and fades quickly. Galvanic current interacting with skin minerals may also produce a mild smell.
Using the device on bare skin causes a stinging sensation?
Using the device on completely bare skin allows micro-current to directly stimulate skin receptors, which intensifies the sensation. Always apply a serum, toner, or essence first to create a hydrated barrier. This significantly reduces stimulation while maintaining efficacy.
Can I use this device on acne-prone areas?

My serum has been fully absorbed but the mode timer hasn’t finished — can I stop?
Yes, absolutely. Once your serum has been absorbed you can stop the mode — there is no need to run the full timer. Mode durations are guidelines, not requirements. Finish by gently pressing the palms against the face and follow with a moisturizer to lock in the results.
What is covered under the 1-year warranty?
The 1-year Hong Kong authorized warranty covers mechanical and electronic defects not caused by user damage. Physical impact damage, water ingress, and cosmetic wear are not covered.
