By using the online ordering service provided by MI MING MART (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), the customer agrees to and accepts the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to both Hong Kong and overseas regions.

1. General Terms and Product Availability

• All transactions in our online store are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). All dates and times displayed are in Hong Kong Time and are subject to the receiving time of the Company’s servers.

• All products sold are for the customer’s personal use only and must not be used for any commercial or resale purposes. The Company reserves the right to reject any orders suspected of being for commercial use and to cancel the related membership (including the forfeiture of previously earned coupons and M Points).

• Unless otherwise specified, all products in the online store are guaranteed to have a shelf life of 6 months or more.

• All product images are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly in color due to lighting, environment, and screen display settings.

• Most products are fully imported. The Company will make every effort to ensure sufficient supply. However, if an item is out of stock due to shipment delays, the Company will notify the customer. Any refunds arising from out-of-stock items will be processed within one month.

 

2. Order Confirmation, Payment & Cancellation

• The maximum acceptable purchase amount per online order (including shipping fees) is HK$12,000. Each product is limited to a maximum of 12 pieces per order.

• Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, it cannot be canceled or amended under any circumstances due to our fully automated computer system. If additional items are purchased on the same day, they will be treated as a separate order, and relevant shipping and handling fees will apply.

• The Company reserves the final right to accept or decline any order. Even if the computer system indicates that the transaction is complete, the Company retains the right to cancel the transaction upon notifying the customer.

• If a customer fails to complete the credit card payment and notify the Company within 3 days of placing the order, the transaction will be automatically canceled.

 

3. Promotional Offers and Points

• The M POINTS shown on the product page are for reference only. The actual points awarded will be based on the final calculation at checkout.

• For monthly promotional items (Monthly Offer/Sale), customers must complete the payment before the 2nd day of the following month to enjoy the discounted price. Otherwise, the system will revert to the regular price, an email notification will be sent, and the customer must pay the regular price for the order.

 

4. Delivery and Overseas Shipping

• Customers must ensure that their name, email address, contact number, and delivery address are accurate. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or compensation arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

• If any product is found to be defective, please visit a MI MING MART retail store with the delivery note and receipt within 7 working days of receiving the goods for an exchange. Requests made after this period will be deemed as order successfully completed and will not be accepted.

• By choosing our delivery service, you agree to authorize SF Express (or other designated couriers) to handle all shipping matters on your behalf. Your rights regarding delivery are subject to the courier’s terms and conditions. The Company is not responsible for any actions or misconduct by the courier.

• If SF Express, the post office, or the supplier is unable to contact you for delivery within 30 days, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order. A 3% administrative fee (to cover online payment transaction and shipping costs) will be deducted from the order amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

• Overseas Restrictions: Products containing alcohol or powder, or any single product with a capacity exceeding 200ml, cannot be shipped overseas. Product prices do not include any local customs duties or sales taxes.

• Customs Clearance Disclaimer: Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import regulations and customs laws of the destination country (especially regarding nutritional supplements). The Company shall not be held liable for any delays, confiscation, rejection, or taxes imposed by local customs, and no refunds will be issued for orders affected by customs issues.

 

5. Disclaimers and Governing Law

• Medical & Allergy Disclaimer: The skincare products and nutritional supplements sold by the Company are for daily maintenance and supplementation purposes only and are not intended for diagnosing, treating, or preventing any diseases. Customers must read the product ingredients carefully before use. The Company bears no medical, legal, or compensation liability for any allergic reactions, adverse effects, or health issues arising from product use.

• Force Majeure: The Company shall not be liable to users or any third party for any failure to provide products or services due to natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes, customs detentions, or any circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

• The Company reserves the unilateral right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. If customers do not agree with the updated terms, they may terminate their use of the online ordering service; however, confirmed orders will remain unaffected.

• Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In case of any dispute, MI MING MART reserves the right of final decision. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
