Why do I feel bloated or have loose stools after taking it?

When will I see results?

How should I store it? Can I mix with hot drinks?
Individually packaged sachets, shelf-stable at room temperature, no refrigeration required. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Shelf life 2 years.
