If on antibiotics, take METABOLYN™ PRO at least 2 hours apart to avoid the antibiotic killing the probiotics.

When will I see results?
Short-term (4-12 weeks): gut balance, less bloating, helps control appetite and supports fullness, more stable post-meal blood sugar. Long-term (12+ weeks): fat reduction, helps support healthy blood sugar balance, a metabolic environment less prone to rebound. We recommend 8-12 weeks of continuous use, then ongoing maintenance.
What if I miss a day?

How should I store it? Can I mix with hot drinks?
