Brooklyn Herborium was founded by Emma Graves and Molly Watman. Molly began as an artist and designer; becoming a mother left her worried about what was in the products she was using, so she went back to first principles, learned to make cleansers and treatments by hand the way they were made a century ago, and trained as an esthetician.
