Storage How to Store Your Honey+
- Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place (15–25°C) away from heat and direct sunlight
- Keep lid tightly closed — honey is hygroscopic and will absorb moisture from the air, diluting its quality
- Always use a clean, dry wooden or ceramic spoon — avoid metal utensils (prolonged metal contact may affect natural activity)
- Shelf life: 3 years (sealed). Once opened, consume within 12 months.
- No refrigeration needed. Cold temperatures may accelerate crystallisation — this is normal and does not affect quality or activity
About Crystallisation:
A natural sign of pure, raw honey — completely safe to eat. To reliquefy, place the sealed jar in
warm water no hotter than 40°C
and stir gently.
Never microwave or use boiling water
— heat destroys the natural enzymes that make Jarrah honey special.
